Kalilah POV When you were blind, it was difficult to tell what time of day it was so time could pass strange. I would end up having to open up all my senses to be able to figure out what time of day it was. But most time I was able to figure it out. Right now I was training. The whole pack was training. The pack had put up a punching bag and I was using it to strengthen my fists, just one of those things I needed to do. Leading a pack meant I had to defend the others at all costs, but that they would also do the same thing for me. It was a tit for tat situation. When I heard footsteps I stiffened but I smelled who it was. It was Nathan. He was one of the rogue wolves that had stood up for me from the very beginning, insisting on helping me alone the way. I was grateful for him, not
