“What are you doing here? And why are you reading those?!”
My aunt Inez’s voice reigned in the room. She’s already inside and I can see the surprise on her face. She’s shifting glances inside the room, but as her eyes caught the letters that I am holding, her eyes suddenly darken.
The aura of the room even got worse when both of my grandparents followed my aunt Inez and they also went inside the room.
“Aila! Where did you get that?” my grandmother asked.
“Did this letter reach Arthur?” I asked them with desperation in my voice.
“What are you talking about—“
“Why can’t you answer even just a simple question? I just need a yes or a no” I cut aunt Inez that she wasn’t able to finish what she wants to say.
