Waking up, Lily could hear the guard at the border calling out to her, ‘Alpha, your parents are at the boundary, we are about to let them through, they will be a few minutes’ the guard’s deep voice said in her mind.
‘Thank you Kane, Please tell them that I will get Finch to meet them at the door and escort them up’ she replied as she clambered off of the bed and reached for her clothes.
Mind linking Finch, she relayed the guard’s message, asking him to meet her parents for her whilst she got ready.
Hurrying into the bathroom, she jumped in the shower, washing as fast as she could before drying off and throwing on the clothes she had brought in with her.
