“Did you do something to make her mad ?”, I could hear Xyler whispering in Dominic’s ears while I made breakfast solely for the two, specifically my special omelets.
Dominic had dragged Xyler towards the other end of the kitchen to help him toast bread and they were whispering so loud that even humans could hear them !!
“What gave it away ?”, Dominic asked sarcastically. I could totally imagine him rolling his eyes in annoyance.
“She looks scary when she looks in our direction, in fact, when she looks in your direction”, Xyler pointed out.
“Yeah and shut up”, Dominic whispered back. “She can hear us”, he explained before pecking our boyfriend’s pouting plump, pink lips.
