The fight inside the building was current. Those wizards and vampires were determined to stop us from entering, but honestly, they were not a match for our reduced group. Uncle Alex and Dad fought like the old well-oiled machine they were. Neither gave an opportunity to break our advance. Queens Ayla, Ariel, and Charmaine were another force to reckon with. They were powerful, and seeing them fight was amazing. Queen Ayla used her elemental powers, while Queen Ariel was a killing machine, she was a warrior angel, after all… While Queen Charmaine fought with all her powers, even touching them and sending them straight to the underworld in one swift move.
I honestly, didn't want to be in their shoes. Then there was King Dante and Beta Desmond, another pair that worked together
