Arni's POV
Someone bangs the door this time. I rush to the living room afraid it'll wake Riya up. She is sleeping on the couch.
I open the door in a swift motion and I feel my breath hitched in my throat. I struggle for some air.
Nishil who is no less than a mess stands right before me.
"We planned to meet again! You did not answer to my calls or texts the whole day. Then I come to know through Dhruv that Riya was out drinking alone. What were you doing?" He asks me with his intimidating voice.
I glance at Riya and she is still sleeping like a kid. She is probably dreaming because her eyebrows are raised. Guess she is surprised in her dream. I am surprised for real over here!
I grab Nishil's hand and start dragging him towards my room. He is careful enough not to make any sounds
