[3rd Person’s POV] Samantha’s words soothed Randy’s aching heart for a moment. Even though they would not be conversing on a day to day basis, the fact that she recognized and empathized with Randy’s silent battles meant a lot for him. They almost bumped into each other while Randy headed to the kitchen. They just stared at each other, exchanging mental conversation that they understood well.
