Harrison’s POV
Every muscle in my body tenses at her words, I had prepared myself for her to ask about my knee, what happened on my last mission. I’d already started to form a way to deflect the conversation so I didn’t have to open that can up. Eden asking about my mother took me off guard completely, and I instinctively tense.
‘It’s OK Harrison’ she murmurs against my chest, ‘I’m a safe space, you can tell me as much or as little as you want too, I’m just putting it out there that I’d like to know about her.’
