POV: Adriana Adira’s voice cut into the haze of my thoughts. “Adriana.” I blinked, realizing I’d been staring at the wall for too long. This was the fourth time already. My mind wasn’t even in the hospital room—it was still stuck in Darius’ office, echoing with the word ‘mistake’. “Adriana!” Adira’s voice came louder this time, pulling me back to reality.
