I had woken up earlier than needed this morning, so I decided to get up and make Carson and me some breakfast before we had to head to work. I knew Carson would need it with what he had to do this morning. I know it won’t be easy for him going to the Dean about one of his students because he is all for his students and doing what is best for them. But it was for the best before Jana does something to get him into trouble, she seems like the type to do something like that.
I had made pancakes and eggs. I sat them on the tray, along with coffee and orange juice. Carson was due to get up for at least half-an-hour, but I am sure he won’t mind me wakening him up early. I sat the tray on the bedside table and climbed onto the bed. I kissed his lips softly, and he stirred
