The attack on Rudolf’s pack had been avoided. Afterward, Rudolf had let me know that he planned on relocating his pack. Rightfully so, there was no way of knowing whether or not Kurt would order another attack. My biggest worry at this point was, who did Kurt blame for the failed fight. Although Cooper had seemed to have escaped his suspicion, that didn’t mean Kurt didn’t suspect me.
