I'm in the warehouse going over the latest delivery reports when another message comes in. The third one today. All saying the same thing.
Supplier cancelled. Weather too dangerous. Won't risk the journey.
Lisa comes in carrying more messages. "Two more cancellations from the southern route."
I take the papers and scan them. "That's five suppliers in two days. All backing out because of the snow."
"Can you blame them? The roads are getting worse. Even the southern route is having problems now."
"I can't blame them but it doesn't change our situation. We need those supplies."
