Kye Cohen already lost Page once.
It was during the time when he was confused with his emotions. He was used to pushing his emotions aside that for that slip moment in time, he could hardly come to terms with what he was feeling. His denial of the affection he has for her made things hard for him to go through the process of letting her go—but nevertheless, it was enough of a distraction to take away the small snippets of the hole that was punched in his chest.
