Kyanna could feel the pressure as the time continued to pass. The fact that Page had not come back to her room speaks that she was bought, so the last thing that Kyanna needed is to think of a forgotten child. What she has to focus on is the life that she needed to retrieve.
Her son needs her, after all.
The man paused from barking orders, looking at the woman who was holding on the bars as if her life depended on it. Kyanna is a beautiful woman, and he would have made her as one of his women if he didn’t know how crazy this woman is. She was left with debt with one reason alone: the man in question made the debt to her orders.
Hence, Limuel saw her as the recipient—not the man.
