After the death of Davis, it was decided that Kayden takes over the role of the king in the Kindom that the Raven moon pack. The disagreement between Cara and Kayden was still unresolved so Kayden felt it was best to reject her and give her the freedom she crave, " I think it is best I let go of you since you don't seem to trust me and I can not have a Luna who does not trust me, Cara you are free to leave anytime you deem it fit," Kayden says to Cara, though he was not happy with the decision, he felt he had caused her too many pain to keep her with him. He felt she would be happy to be around her loved ones when he remembers the story of her growing up and how protective her parents were of her.
