After the death of Davis, though Davis has not being a good husband to her, she still misses him and felt his death was not justified. Samantha was devastated because of this, she wanted Kayden to come back so that he would claim her again but he refused because she was his brother's wife and his heart still belong to Cara whom he had rejected. She felt bad and wish to leave the pack but Kayden would not have any of that, he felt it was his duty to take care of her since his brother who was married to her was dead and he also feels she would not survive if she was to leave the pack. Kayden knew his enemies would also want to use her to weaken his kingdom so he refuse to grant her the request she asked of him, wanting to leave the kingdom.
In light of this, she would wander the jungle ever
