The black limousine screeched to a halt in the circular driveway, its engine humming with fury even after the keys had been pulled. Alessandro didn’t wait for the valet. He threw open his door and came around to the passenger side, yanking it open. Rose barely had time to unbuckle her seatbelt before he was pulling her out, his grip not rough but not gentle either.
