Devon's POV
"And Paxton?" I ask Tyler as I step into the pack house. He is already waiting for me with all the reports.
"He is in sight too. With the guards and in Nyle's home," he gives me all the updates that I need before bowing and walking away.
I sit on the couch and throw my head back, staring at the ceiling. It's been a while since I slept peacefully. But maybe now I can at least try. Samika woke up. She looked at me. She saw me. She didn't talk yet but that will soon happen too. And I can't wait for that day.
Melissa apparently slept with Paxton's father too. She claims that she wants me but then walks around whoring. She slept with both father and son and them both being my enemies. How am I supposed to get attracted and fall for that?
