At nine in the morning, I arrived at Azure Company. In the meeting room, I sat at the head of the conference table, Violet stood beside me.
To my left and right sat the three vice general managers: Lynn Gold, Lucius Hector, and Konnor Boone. The directors and deputy directors of each department were also present.
The meeting began with the vice general managers and directors giving their weekly performance reports. Lynn was the last one to speak.
"Mr. Taylor, this is the report for the research department and risk management department. Our plan for next week will mainly focus on assessing the risk of current investment plans and screening the investment proposals submitted by the marketing department."
I nodded and signaled at Lynn to sit down. My gaze swept across the meeting room.
