I opened the door for Danny “my friend you are a miracle worker” I said as I helped him bring the racks of clothes into the living room
“Yes, I most certainly am! Diamond rings one day an entire wardrobe the next, ugh Rowan you are wearing me out” Danny stated in his dramatic way that I had come to know and love.
“She has no idea what’s going on” I laughed.
“How could she possibly? I have no idea what’s going on and I’m the one doing the work!” Danny was one of the first vampires I met after Rebecca died and he had become one of my most treasured friends in the many years since.
