“Whoa! Wow! You look like a totally new man, brother” Lucky hollered to me when Dylan and I joined the party.
“I am” I kissed Dylan’s forehead.
“That’s remarkable” Danny said looking over the top of his sunglasses.
“She’s remarkable” I said. I felt great, I really did feel like a new man for so many different reasons. This house was like a tomb before Dylan came. The guys would drop by from time to time or to drop something off but that was it, now, we were hosting a pool party and having overnight guests. I truly was a new man with a brand-new life, it was exhilarating.
