If it was entirely up to me, I would have gone knocking on Blood Moon’s door twenty four hours ago. Not that there’s going to be anything polite about this visit.
Every second Sara is in that place feels like an eternity. Anything can happen. And that scares the s**t out of me.
But I couldn’t just go barging into enemy territory without a plan. That would endanger her even more. Besides, after talking with my parents, I found out there was something else going on beyond the issue with Sara.
Our scouts have been observing Victor’s movements for the past few days. Turns out he has been covertly recruiting soldiers from rogues and intimidating smaller packs to join him.
He wants to rid of all pack councils, create one he lords over, and give himself veto power over all packs.
