Blair was mad with me, I could tell. Ever since I hadn't backed her up on going to the Cave of Answers she had barely spoken a word to me the whole day. It was dark out now and I was waiting for Blair to fall asleep so that I could take my pill.
It was dark in the cabin but I was sure Blair wasn't asleep, not yet.
"Are you awake?" I heard her ask softly in the darkness.
"Yeah," I responded slowly. "What's wrong?"
Blair let out a sigh before responding, "nothing. I was just wondering why you didn't want to go to the cave. I always thought you were open to that idea any time we needed guidance and help understanding the situation."
