So much had happened since that day in the meeting room, we played in the championships, and got to the final four but were defeated by our opponents who went on to win.
We were disappointed, but to be honest, everyone on the team was proud of how far we had gotten. A small ass team that was never meant to do anything but fill out the numbers, we’d knocked out a lot of stiff competition to reach the final four.
