“Ryker, would you calm down, my love? Natalie will be here soon,” Alena giggled.
I was pacing back and forth, looking to see if I could see Natalie every two seconds. I couldn’t help it. I was anxious to know if we were going to have a baby or not. I am trying not to get my hopes up. It could easily be stress that is making Alena feel the way she is. I wanted her badly to be pregnant, but I will have to wait and see.
“I know, sorry, I can’t help myself,” I laughed.
Yes, it has been a hellish day for all, but right at this moment, all that mattered was what was going on with Alena. All that mattered was finding out if we were going to have a baby or not.
“Come here,” She said, patting the spot next to her.
I nodded, going over to take my place next to her
