As Meredith was getting dressed in the clothes I bought her so she could leave the hospital, I called Margie at the office to let her know I was not coming in today but working from home.
“Margie, please let John know as well so he can contact me at any time if needed. If there is a meeting that cannot be rescheduled let me know and I will see about a phone conference instead.” I relayed to her for today’s work focus.
“Yes sir, Mr. Mathers. IT called about something of importance. Would you like John to handle it for now?” she inquired.
“Yes Margie that would be helpful. Send my messages to my laptop so I can access them from home. I need to go please take care of things and inform John.” I said before disconnecting the call as Meredith stood in the doorway of the hospita
