The next couple of weeks are spent on preparing for the wedding and life in our new community seems to have settled into a peaceful flow, until Selena declares her people “Free”.
Brian “Thomas! What the f**k is this I hear about the wolves moving to your old town?!”
Thomas “Ask your Queen Selena.”
I growl, spitting venom when he barges into my office.
Thomas “She is the one splitting up the so-called family, just because she can’t… stand the sight of me. All of this is her choice! Not mine.”
