Iris’s POV
Everyone was enjoying the tournament more than we expected. “This new tradition of a tournament was a wonderful idea, Princess.” Elder Cross said. The four elders joined the royal family in the V.I.P. seats. They were intrigued with this new addition to the ceremony. “I am glad that my idea has made everyone in attendance so happy.” I replied.
“Yes. I never would have thought to hold a fighting tournament after the succession ceremony, but it seems to be a very encouraging way to blow off some steam.” Elder Scott said. I smiled and nodded at him. “Well I thought it would be good to test it out with only our warriors this time around, but maybe we could make some kind of game day where different packs could compete with one another.” I suggested to my brother and the elders.
