I ran like a bat out of hell towards my parents’ house. My heart was beating so fast that it hurt and so did my throat. Normally when I'd run I would focus on my breathing, but today was an exception. A year after my parents were murdered, my family was in danger again, and this time I knew who it was. Why he was doing it, was hard to say and I figured I’d get the answer when I got there.
The moment I stepped foot in that town, I was greeted by weres, some in human forms, some wolf form and others humanoid. The wolves were attacking the townspeople who attempted to run away, the humanoids fought against other wolves from what appeared to be Liam's pack.
