The tour was long and exhausting and by the end of it I found myself sitting on the swing in the gazebo staring at the water fountain. I had no idea if my mother would actually show up, or if she was alive, but I couldn’t help it, If there was even a slight chance that she’d show up, I needed to take it. If she was alive, I needed to know why she faked her death, and if my dad was still alive as well, so for the next hour or so I sat in that gazebo waiting on a sign of her, of anyone to show up, when suddenly my phone rang. It was the first time since entering that place, that it worked and that was after using a spell to charge it, but that wasn’t what shocked me. There staring back at me was a photo of Lara. “Hello?” I said as I answered the phone and brought it to my ear.
