I ran like a bat out of hell towards the direction that Neffi was taken. Stupid. I’m so stupid. I should have been paying attention. I thought to myself as I ran past groups of people, some running, while others, both were and fae alike, turned their attention from each other to the now supercharged omegas. One of them swung at me, but before their hit connected, my father appeared, knocking him out with one hit, before dragging me away from the pack and behind a tree. It never ceased to amaze me how strong that man was.
