"Set aside the exes and potential obsession, could it be related to the McKinley bidding in a few days?" Lionel asked.
"Are you saying they are trying to blackmail us with information or purposely make us lose the bidding?"
"Well, if they know how much we plan to bid and also know our next steps, that could be a way to tarnish our image in every aspect."
"He has a point," Carlos added. "Maybe this sabotage is their way of not wanting us to be present at the bidding. It's my turn to be there."
The three of us have a rotation on who will attend the bidding. Sometimes, I need to switch with one of them when I have royal duties, as discussed before we established the company.
"I just thought, if they are expecting you to go there, why don't we surprise them?"
