It was not my first time in Walker's office. However, since one needs a keycard in order to operate the elevator, I had to wait for Mr. Walker to enter the lift with me before it could move, making me feel quite dissatisfied as I wanted to take the elevator on my own.
As there was only Walker and I inside the elevator, the atmosphere within the place was a little cold. Walker gave me a few snide glances as the elevator moved upwards, making me uncomfortable to the point where there werer goosebumps behind my back. "What do you want?!" I grumbled as I noticed that Walker's gaze did not move away after awhile.
"Nothing." Walker smirked, "I just feel a little nostalgic whenever I look at you."
"Is it because of my father?" I retorted. This was the first time that being compared towards my
