Hunter raised his uninjured hand and placed his palm on top of Gray's injured fist. Then, he gently opened up each of Father's fingers, until his entire palm was revealed to him. Gray, as per instructions from Dr. Greene, had allowed his son to move without any obstructions. Just when Gray thought that Hunter would react violently, he instead gave the father quite a surprise.
Hunter raised his head and gave a slight whimper. "Wu..." The whimper that came out from Hunter's mouth was unintelligible, but what Gray found was that there seemed to be a slight tinge of sympathy from his son's eyes, giving Gray quite a shock.
