I sat awkwardly on the sofa next to Leo. Luckily, it seemed that Father had nothing to do today, as he headed down the stairs and greeted the both of us after taking a quick shower. I secretly heaved a sigh of relief as Father managed to dispel the awkward atmosphere between Leo and I. Of course, I was the only one in the room feeling uncomfortable, Leo was having too much fun playing video games to care.
Father walked over and sat next to me on the sofa, leaving me stuck in the middle between him and Leo. It seems as though Father was overly tired from work, since the second he landed on the sofa, he crossed his arms and immediately nodded off.
Seeing Father asleep, I subconsciously became a little sleepy myself. I placed my head on top of Father in a familiar manner, feeling his warmth
