*Jasmine's POV*
The class was intense but incredibly fun I was using muscles I had forgotten I had, we train so much on land we forget what muscle we use in the water, Steph is next to me working hard and panting, “I can’t believe I can feel my self sweating in water,” I laugh and keep my eyes on Rose, “she is good,” I say and Steph agrees, the track changes and then I watch Rose interact with a person in the front of the class “oh sally, don’t pretend you don’t like it the more you protest the more I assume you love this excuse” sally laughs “you are an evil woman Rose” she protests and rose blows her a kiss and gives her a wink “you all love me it’s okay,” she then counts down and moves us on to the next exercise, her program is precise and to the best of the music, she seems so relaxed
