I wake with a sharp inhale, my body jerking as I find myself sitting in the middle of a meadow.
The pain… it’s gone.
The blinding blue light, the agony tearing through my body—it’s all gone.
I look around slowly, my heart pounding as I take in the unfamiliar landscape. Endless green stretches before me, soft grass swaying gently in the breeze. In the distance, I spot a waterfall—crystal clear, cascading over smooth stone.
It looks just like the one on our pack lands.

A lump forms in my throat.
I push myself to my feet and begin walking toward it, my mind racing.
