Astrid is a mess; she doesn't want to speak to Jacob or me. She hasn't cried either; she only broke down when we realized what had happened at that place. She asked us to conjure an urn, and then gathered all of Ignis's ashes.
I get it. He was like family to her, and we never expected something like this to happen. Jacob and I aren't sure if he is really gone. We don't know much about phoenixes, and the guy was ancient, but considering her reaction...
"I think he is gone. Blake did something. Astrid wouldn't be acting like this if there was a possibility of him rescuing," Jariko said.
