(Faith's P.O.V.)
I cried in front of the Alpha, I didn't care even if it will affect my strong image as a female Alpha. I am more concerned about getting him to trust me. I trembled when the Alpha finally stopped tapping his fingers on the table.
He turned his body to look at me, and I patiently waited for him to open his mouth to speak. I'm nervous. What if he rejects me? What if he doesn't help me? I don't know what I will do. I don't have the numbers to take my triplets back. It would be very easy for him to just wipe me off of his sight.
"I hope you still remember that the first time you came here, I promise that I would take care of you and your triplets," he started. I nodded my head. I remember it so clearly. "Tell me, Faith. Are you sure that this is what you want?" he asked.
