The Sickening Feeling

The sound of a loud explosion woke up the Black Moon Princess. Uncertain and unsure, Ariana looked around only to see the love of her life, her mate, Peter, was not by her side.
" Peter, Peter .... ", she called to him desperately, with the hope that he would answer her, but her efforts were futile. With another loud explosion making the ground shake with tremors, she hastily ran from her room.
But the moment she stepped out of her room, the gore sight in front of her made her still. She saw her people lying on the ground, soaked in their blood. A gasp released from her shocked mouth when she saw her parents, Alpha Benjamin and Luna April among the deceased.
