Corey looked heartbroken and shocked after hearing everything. Seeing him like that, even my eyes got numb. Once the triplets safely escorted him back to their room, I slowly walked towards Ariana who was standing like a statue. I hugged her gently and then we both walked into our room.
" Sshhhh...it's going to be alright ", I cooed her tapping her cheeks. She didn't say anything but I knew what was she feeling inside. I stayed by her side and gently patted her head until she fell asleep and then I, too drifted to sleep.
