Brad's POV:
I stared at two of my best friends and Alpha waiting for them to talk.
"Thank you." They say. I look at them shocked. I assumed they were here to yell at me. Threaten me, hurt me even.
"What?"
"We uh heard what you guys were talking about. Thank you for doing that for her." Adrian said. As long as I have known Adrian he has always been the colder one of the two. He never said thank you or apologized.
He was a good guy at heart but he would never show it. Everybody knew he was in physical and mental pain for not have founding his mate.
I was surprised that I had actually heard the words come out of his mouth. He always directed his pain into anger. Angry at the world for not giving him his mate.
