Two months.
Two months have passed since Joshua's book was published and there has not been a single day that I did not go to sleep crying , or in which I did not want the earth to open up and swallow me whole , disappear , at least for a couple of hours or days, and be able to recover from everything that has happened.
I am still trying to repress those horrible first days since all the state and some national media covered the news of the Governor's son and candidate for the Senate , with a book in which he kept a record of the girls he had brought to the bed , of how the sweet , poor daughter of immigrants , who was described as a modern - day Cinderella just a couple of months ago , found herself involved with the villain of the story , rather than with her prince
