YUNIFER'S POV
As soon as I let out those words, I saw her eyes tremble as she let out a laugh as if she doesn't believe what I am saying, but her body movements were honest. Her hand trembled and so as her eyes that were shaking from nervousness and fear but at the same time, it seemed that she was trying to assure herself in her mind that I was just lying to her just for the sake that she would stop her witches from killing mercilessly the lives of others.
“You are trying to manipulate me, Yunifer. I am not that foolish to believe you.” Natalie said as she let out a laugh in madness while looking at me as if she was looking at a foolish person.
However, my expression remained the same. I coldly looked at her and my expression never wavered just because she doubted me.
