I let out a sigh as I helplessly smiled at him while rubbing his messy hair.
“It's fine, I'm already fine. I told you before that I won't get hurt nor be kidnapped again by the enemy to be tortured like what happened to me before.” I softly said while I sincerely looked him in the eyes while trying to let him see how sincere and serious I am right now.
Meanwhile right now when Asher heard this, he snickered and clicked his tongue while looking at me.
“You weren't hurt? From what I have known, that enemy attacked you and even made your cheeks bleed out. Is this what you called not getting hurt?” He softly asked while looking at me, making me purse my lips as I aggrievedly looked at Lawrence and Ishid who is probably the reason why Asher knows a lot right now.
