(Isabella) I knew something wasn’t right, I felt it in every part of me. Panic surged through me but it was only a whisper of the feeling, not the cold-cutting dread that normally accompanied it. Some part of me that I fought to hold onto told me I must be dreaming, or walking while I dreamt. I didn’t fade into blackness like I usually did and I was still in the room so this must be the beginning. I wanted to call out to Lucas but I couldn’t, or I didn’t, I wasn’t really sure. The lines between reality and this dream world were beginning to blur.
