I was already having cold feet and wanted to go back but I didn't. I wanted to find out all I wanted to this day. No more procrastination.
I was about to reach him when he came to me.
“ Hi,” he said.
“ Hi.” I replied back coldly
“You're forty minutes late.” He said jokely. The atmosphere was tense and I'm sure he was trying to relieve the atmosphere.
Well, I would let him do that, for now!.
“ Can't blame me, I'm just a girl.” I said and smiled, releasing my face from its frowned state.
“ Yeah right, forgot about that.” He said sarcastically.
“ Forgot about what?.” I said.
“ Are you really asking me? You are so slow.” He said and I glared at him “ ok I'm sorry, I meant I forgot you were a girl and would have to do some girly things before coming here.” He said.
