Mary stopped knocking even we came outside her wide eyes going between Indan and I on repeat.
"Why are you in my house?" Mary began her attack on Indan.
I held her back so she could be careful with the child and her health, because knowing her, she was bound to do something risky to herself.
"Don't worry I've got her," I said to Indan, "you can take the kids and leave."
Indan threw a spiteful look between Mary's protruding belly then my face, giving me that 'you owe me an explanation' look.
She turned to leave while Mary kept yelling that she stopped and faced her instead. I found it stupid especially knowing how well Mary wasn't in the right position to involve in a physical fight.
