Since Herald already told Mr. Li that bringing back the Won game will help to bring back Raymond and others too, Mr. Li start to do everything in his power to make sure the ban on the Won game is lifted.
With the help of the investors and Mr. Li, the government finally lift the ban on the Won game.
When the news of lifting the ban on the Won game reach Herald, Herald gets really happy.

"I will get the Won game back and also have to deal with Roca" Herald smirk.
