A group of soldiers walked along the riverbanks, about fifty of them still in search for the missing Zmeus. The master had punished most of them because they lost such valuable assets. Now, they are temporarily released to go back and find the half-blooded creatures, or else what comes to them is death. Not only do these soldiers fear for their lives, but for their families as well. It is a great pride to serve in the Emperor’s army, but it also comes with great consequences if they make mistakes. Just like what happened with their encounter with the Reapers who helped the Zmeus escape. And so now, desperate for their survival, they eagerly looked for any signs everywhere, shouting for blood. Farther along the riverbank, the sun began to sink and started casting dapples across the water. C
